A little bit of quinquennial fun
Ever wondered what really happens on a QI Day? This entirely fictional (and only slightly exaggerated) diary entry from Inspecting Architect Davina Armstead might feel remarkably familiar to anyone who’s ever hunted for tower keys or defended a ladder with “character.” With a nod to our own Inspecting Architect, Alexa Stephens - who assures us that church ladders everywhere have plenty of personality. Team Away Day at Harewood House
The PBA team took a step out of the office and into the stunning grounds of Harewood House. The day started off with a presentation from Sally Beeden, our Partner, and Practice Secretary, before a fascinating tour of the house. We finished off with a “scavenger hunt” (aka a lovely walk through the grounds). Plenty of tea, coffee and excellent food kept us fuelled throughout the day. We would highly recommend Harewood for any Team Away Day! - a great mix of learning, history,

Sally and Alexanderthegreat – what a team!
Huge congratulations to Sally, our Partner and Practice Secretary who recently competed her horse Alexanderthegreat (Ali) at the RoR (Retraining of Racehorses) Championships at Aintree. Sally has only had him for a year, and it was a big ask – but what an achievement already!
