Experienced Project Architect
Are you an experienced project Architect looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for an Architect with a minimum of 3 years post Part III experience to join our team. Pearce Bottomley Architects are a dynamic and creative Practice based in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, easily accessible from the A1/M1 network/A64 with plentiful free parking. We handle a diverse range of projects across various sectors and scales and are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to our continued success.
We are looking for a talented and well-rounded Architect
- Someone with experience of private residential and ideally the commercial, education and community sectors.
- The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to engage in all stages of the design process, from inception to completion.
We are committed to fostering the growth and career development of our team and have regular in house CPD sessions and support those working towards additional specialist qualifications.
- Proven experience across all RIBA work stages and contract administration.
- Knowledge of CDM and the Building Safety Act.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Capable of confidently engaging with clients, contractors and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Preparation of detailed drawings, specifications and 3D models.
- Fluency in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Experience of Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp advantageous.
