Darley Cliffe Hall receives Listed Building Consent & Planning Permission

We are delighted to announce that our designs for a contemporary kitchen and dining room extension to the Grade II* Listed Darley Cliffe Hall have received Listed Building Consent & Planning Permission.

The proposals intend to create a single storey, contemporary glazed infill extension to the courtyard area situated at the rear of the property, as well as alterations to the existing kitchen layout. The new extension is designed to form a high-quality contrast to the solidarity of the existing structure and is to be recognised as a subtle 21st century addition reflecting the time of its construction, rather than attempting to replicate the host buildings impressive architecture.

The future plans for Darley Cliffe Hall are for it to become a holiday destination for family and friends during the weekend and an away day/meeting destination for corporate clients during the week. As such the existing kitchen and dining facilities require enlargement in order to service the needs of its guests.
