Residential Extension completed in Saxton, North Yorkshire

Our Residential Architecture Team is proud to present the completed extension and remodelling of a property in Saxton, Tadcaster, where the overall brief was to create an accessible ground floor bedroom with ensuite.

We were asked to extend the existing house to improve the primary entrance and introduce a bedroom with accessible shower room to the ground floor with level access and views to the garden.

‘Flow’ between the old and new was important, and we also looked at the efficiencies of the house’s fabric and systems.

The new accessible entrance and ground floor bedroom were created bringing forth praise and thanks from our client who is very pleased with how the new extension blends seamlessly and links with the original house.
