Our residential team for this project worked closely with our client to realise their dreams for upgrading and extending their existing 3 storey stone semi-detached property in Ben Rhydding, near Ilkley.
Phase 1 included new dormers with Phase 2 works comprising a single storey extension to the rear aimed at providing the family with a space to take advantage of the garden areas. The extension included a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space. It was constructed at a lower level than the main house to provide a link to a new terraced area whilst maintaining an open plan link to a higher existing living space.
PBA’s contemporary design featured a charred wood rainscreen façade and corrugated sheet roofing.
The contractor on this project was Craven Building who completed a superb job.
