We’re delighted to share one of our recently completed residential projects: a brand-new, energy-efficient home in Roundhay, Leeds.

Designed with an Arts and Crafts influence, the house sits comfortably among its neighbours, echoing the rhythm and character of the existing street while blending seamlessly into its surroundings. Inside, the home is flooded with natural light and showcases a high level of craftsmanship throughout, delivered by Brookes Construction & Shopfitting.

A standout feature is the striking galleried landing, thoughtfully designed to display the client’s extensive book collection, creating a highly personal and distinctive interior space. This bespoke feature transforms a transitional space into a dramatic focal point, adding personality and creating a truly unique interior environment.

As an environmentally responsible new build, the home incorporates renewable energy technology, an air source heat pump ensures long term energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
