Our Ecclesiastical team designed the new extension and internal reimagining of the community centre at St Peter’s Church, Morley creating a contemporary and welcoming facility that complements the historic church.
The design focuses on the use of local stone, with carefully considered stone detailing providing a strong connection to the existing building and its surroundings.
A zinc roof introduces a contemporary contrast, while the restrained material palette ensures the new centre sits sensitively within its historic setting.
The new facility provides flexible community spaces alongside improved kitchen and toilet facilities, supporting the church’s continuing role at the heart of the local community.
