Construction nears completion at Tree Tops, Stonebridge Avenue

The construction of six four bedroom semi-detached townhouses at the Tree Tops development just off Stonebridge Avenue, Farnley nears completion.

The Tree Tops site had formally been a single dwelling with surrounding outbuildings and curtilage that had fallen into disrepair and stood abandoned for a number of years. The development of the site will provide a number of good quality, family oriented homes; widening the choice of accomodation in the locality and contributing to Leeds City Councils ambitious housing target for the area.

Pearce Bottomley Architects have been involved in all stages of work providing the successful planning application and technical support through to final delivery on site.

The development had a particular focus on environmental factors, utilising highly insulated timber frame construction of the dwellings and creative biodiversity planting including green timber crib walls and wildflower meadows.
