REFURBISHMENT AND ALTERATIONS, ST PETERS CHURCH, HARROGATE

Client:  St Peters Church
Value:  £1.65M
Contractor: William Anelay

Our project at this Grade II listed Yorkshire church was heritage conservation architecture with a twist.

A £1.65m preservation and repair programme, plus internal reordering, culminated in the vestry being replaced with a three storey community facility.

The eye-catching contemporary glazed entrance helped propel St Peters to award-winning status, as well as being featured on Channel 4’s Great British Buildings: Restoration of the Year.

Awards:

Shortlisted for the RICS national awards, October 2016
