The designs propose to reinstate the attic space at Chadwick Lodge to provide additional production rooms and office space for The Firm Music Group; a leading independent music production house creating award winning music for television, film and advertising.

Chadwick Lodge is named after former textile businessman John Chadwick and was built in classic Georgian style with ornate oval windows and intricate stone detailing. The house is located south of the River Aire on the junction of Crown Point Road and Black Bull Street.

Moulded shadow gap detailing to new partitions have been crafted around the ornate cornices to ensure minimal impact to the listed building fabric. When working with listed buildings and conservation architecture we always aim to keep the physical alterations to the fabric of the building to a minimum in order to preserve the character of the building, for the benefit of both the occupants and its historic value.
