For more than 30 years we have developed an expertise in a range of buildings from sports halls to swimming pools and country clubs to hotels.

We have been active in securing funding for projects through Sport England and succeeded in developing one of the quickest projects ever - from funding agreed to the opening cricket match was seven months.

Current schemes include athletic tracks, multi-use games areas, sports halls for a range of sports and a centre for sporting excellence.

We have been involved in the reconfiguration of a number of privately owned hotels and created improved facilities through extension and major refurbishments.

	LEEDS GRAMMAR SCHOOL
	A 25-metre swimming pool, Sports Hall, glass backed squash courts, fitness centre and gymnasium form part of the 1350 pupil new grammar school. The Sports hall is designed for multi sport use. Contract: JCT 1980 Value: Overall project £18.500.000

	QUEEN ELIZABETH GRAMMAR SCHOOL, WAKEFIELD
	A Design and Build project for a 4-court sports centre as part of a major redevelopment in the context of the conservation area and adjoining Grade II listed buildings. Winner of 1999 Wakefield Design Award. Contract: JCT 81 with Contractors Design Value: £540.000

	SPORTS & COMMUNITY CENTRE, COLBURN, NORTH YORKSHIRE
	Proposed new sports centre with multi use sports hall, activity room with social spaces, fitness suite, multi use games areas and changing facilities for indoor and outdoor use. Designed to meet local sporting need and part funded by Sport England. Approx Value: £850,000 Completed 2002

	WETHERBY SPORTS ASSOCIATION
	A new clubhouse built using traditional materials. Provides pitches, changing, training, all weather and social facilities for Wetherby Sports Association. Serves multiple sports including rugby and football. Part funded by Sport England. Value: £700,000 Completed 2002

	CRICKET PAVILION, LEEDS GRAMMAR SCHOOL
	A new cricket pavilion with changing and training facilities. Value: £150,000 Completed 1999
