We believe that residential developments are not just about the houses themselves but the places they create.  By working closely with all the stakeholders, we aim to design cohesive and sustainable communities that not only deliver higher investment returns, but contribute to the development of the wider neighbourhood.

We do not treat each scheme the same – different groups and different contexts have very different requirements, and we have the experience and expertise to respond to the brief, balancing the needs of the users and quite often, complex multi-headed clients.    We thoroughly research and analyse the wider context and encourage community participation and co-creation.

We have considerable experience in delivering residential developments for housing associations and care organisations in a range of locations varying from urban schemes to National Parks.  As a panel member of the Almshouses Associations, we have specific knowledge in adapting and converting historic properties to meet the needs of a very modern older generation.
