This housing estate is built on a redundant farm yard in the village of Aberford near Leeds. This development involved the master planning and delivery of twenty, 3 to 5 bedroom dwellings with garages and gardens on a tight and constraining site.

 

The development included the refurbishment of the existing farm house and the conversion of several stone barns. The new build dwellings were carefully designed to complement the local context and be in keeping within the surrounding conservation area and green belt policies.
