This project is a sheltered housing scheme situating off Park Road, Hull consisting of 34 properties designed to accommodate residents with varied special needs in an integrated environment.

 

8 bungalows were specially designed for disabled people who require wheelchairs, 11 bungalows were designed for the elderly and a further 10 houses provide family accommodation.

 

These bungalows are linked to each other and communal facilities by an ‘internal street’, with a brick paviour finish and glazed roof giving a distinctive outdoor feel whilst providing a protected access route to all facilities.
