This besign and build contract was for Crosby Homes on a site next to York City football ground. The project required a traditional design in terraced form arranged around a central courtyard of two and three storey townhouses fronting onto Grosvenors Terrace. The tradional style was complimented by modern inclusions such as garages and first floor balconies.

 

The terrace was constructed of timber framed structure with external brick walls and natural slate roofs. Modern interior layouts completed the design and the finished terrace replicated the grand terraces of York city centre.
