This site is located in the of in Wensleydale. The site is a village infill greenfield site within the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

 

There are 11 affordable houses built to match the local traditional style and appearance. The houses are constructed of local stone and slate roofs to comply with the National Park area. This project provided much needed affordable family homes for residents of Gayle and other local villages.

 

Completed on time and to budget, the project has been a huge success and the houses have matured into surroundings well.
