| Our core service is based on the RIBA Plan of Work from inception to completionon a wide range of building types,
on projects large and small and on both new build and existing buildings. We also
provide leadership for projects requiring a multi-disciplinary design team to
deliver coordinated, innovative solutions.

HISTORIC BUILDINGS |
|
Our experience extends from Grade I Listed Buildings to work in Conservation
Areas. We carry out Quinquennial Inspections and undertake numerous works on churches
and our Architects Accredited in Building Conservation can manage English Heritage and HLF grants.

| PLANNING SERVICES |
| We can provide a comprehensive planning and development advisory service to deal
with a full range of planning issues including site analysis, environmental assessment
and project brief development.

| DESIGN & BUILD |
| We have worked with clients and contractors on a wide range of Design and Build
projects, either as part of a contractor's supply chain or through innovation.
|
| CDM COORDINATORS |
| Our team includes members of the Association for Project Safety enabling us to fulfil the role of CDM Coordinator under the Construction (Design
& Management) Regulations 2005, and our practice is included in the RIBA Register
of Practices.

| PROJECT MANAGEMENT |
| We have successfully completed a wide range of projects providing single point
responsibility for construction, management, coordination, fit out, furnishing
and removals. We have Members of the Association of Project Managers within the Practice.

| TECHNICAL SERVICES |
| We undertake site inspections, condition surveys and detailed analysis of existing
buildings to determine repairs and maintenance strategies for many types of property.

| HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANTS |
| We have a specialist health and safety manager and provide a broad service including
audits and workplace risk assessments.
|
| INTERIOR DESIGN |
| We have completed a considerable number of quality interiors and fit-out projects
acting for clients such as Government Agencies and Authorities, large corporate
and commercial clients and various Health Trusts, together with many smaller interior
works for schools and domestic clients.

| ACCESS AUDITS |
| We can undertake access audits on buildings in relation to the Disability Discrimination Act. We have membership of CAE (Centre for Accessible Environments) and have considerable experience in designing for people with disabilities. |

| The Practice has developed an expertise in quality management and is committed
to Quality Assurance Requirements. Office procedures are compliant with BS/EN/ISO
9001.
The practice is a member of 'Construction Line' Certification No. 9616. |
| ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES |
| Environmental awareness is regarded as an integral part of the design process.
The Practice embraces the principles of environmental care, the use of materials
from renewable and managed sources, encourages energy conservation by design and
detail, discourages the use of C.F.C.'s and H.F.C.'s in construction, and promotes
the principles engendered within BREEAM. The practice is also a full member of
the Green Register, who provide skills training and promote sustainable construction methods.
