Addingham Medical Centre provides medical facilities for several GP’s and nurses
including possible minor surgery procedures. Additional community facilities are
provided with function rooms and a pharmacy.
Built from local materials and to a local traditional style, the medical centre complements
it surroundings and is sympathetic to the local vernacular. Modern construction
methods and technologies have allowed the building to reduce the energy requirements
and environmental impact. An air source heat pump has been installed and will
provide the majority of heat energy used within the building.
