Coordinator (previously Planning Supervisor) as required by the Construction Design
and Management Regulations 2007.
We have developed a reputation for understanding our client’s needs, with our
in-house specialist designers whilst offering a professional and informed approach
to executing the CDM Coordinator’s role. Pearce Bottomley HSM is able to demonstrate
its competence through each individual stage of the project and through the membership
to professional bodies specified in the CDM 2007 ACOP.
CDM COORDINATORS
Our team include members of the Association for Project Safety, enabling us to
fulfil the role of CDM Coordinator under the Construction (Design and Management)
Regulations 2007, and our practice is included in the RIBA Register of Chartered
Practices.
HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANTS
We have a specialist Health and Safety manager and provide a broad service including
audits and workplace risk assessments.
Pearce Bottomley Health and Safety Management are Corporate Members of the Association
for Project Safety – APS
Our Health and Safety staff comprises of qualified Construction Design Management
Coordination with both Architectural and Construction backgrounds.
