ENVIRONMENT AGENCY: NEW OFFICES AT ELY

We have worked closely with the Environment Agency in determining the requirements of restructuring their Central Area activities. An in depth investigation examined redevelopment of the existing site and re-location to a business park both with capital funding and developed led options. The designs are to meet BREEAM excellent, demonstrate Environmental Best Practice and Best Value. Value: The notional build cost is £1,000,000

	COOPERS & LYBRAND (now Price Waterhouse Coopers)
	A major fast track fit out scheme for new offices in Leeds. A new corporate style emerging from Coopers + Lybrand's internal consultant was developed as part of the project requiring complex integration and coordination for bespoke furniture and a high level of support technology. Contract: JCT 1980 Value: £2,000,000 Completed: 16 weeks

	BENEFITS AGENCY, SCARBOROUGH
	Refurbishment of entrance and public caller area. Work included new interview booths, interview rooms, reception and waiting area. The work was phased to allow public access and staff to operate a normal service throughout.

ENVIRONMENT AGENCY, PETERBOROUGH

A major investment in the existing site transformed the building into the national finance centre for the Agency. The works were phased to allow the existing business to continue. Great attention was paid to the environmental issues relating to the building which result in an award of a BREEAM 'Excellent' certificate. Integration of the client's direct contractors and suppliers is essential along with concise monitoring on site to ensure delivery and quality. Contract: JCT 98 Value: £750,000 Completed: May 1999

	LEEDS PERMANENT BUILDING SOCIETY
	Nationally - over twenty-five branch reconfiguration projects throughout England. Phased and executed to ensure branches remained operational at all times. Lovell Park, Leeds - Prestigious headquarters complex for Leeds Permanent Building Society. Completed in three phases. Received Special Commendation in Leeds Awards for Architecture 1993 and in the Leeds Lighting Award 1994.

	APPLEYARD GROUP PLC
	New Jaguar car dealership - Canal Road, Bradford. One of over 30 projects carried out nationally. Comprise sales, servicing, parts distribution, bodywork, paint shops and offices.
